Customizations

Includes Alterations, Combos, Flips, Embellishments, and Embroidery

All Customization products are Final Sale.

Due to the personalized (and often irreversible) nature of our customized products, all customization products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To ensure your product's customizations are perfect, we recommend following our Pinning Guides closely. If you have any questions before placing an order or pinning your items, please contact us—we’re always happy to help!

Deadstock

Deadstock items are sold "as is" and do not include any customizations.

Deadstock Returns

Deadstock items purchased from Crop It For Me have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your Deadstock item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and with its original tags. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us at hello@cropitforme.com. Include your order number and the name of the Deadstock item you'd like to return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label you can use to mail your item back to us. There is an $8.00 flat rate return shipping fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Deadstock Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the item(s) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us so we can fix the issue.

 

Damages and Issues

Check your order upon arrival and contact us right away if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
