Steps

START WITH YOUR CLOTHES

Browse through your closet for clothes that could use a little love (or a new look) and head to our Shop page to pick your alterations.

On our Shop page, choose the item you'd like to alter, then choose the alterations you'd like for each item.

After you’ve chosen alterations for all your items, complete your order by checking out.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive your Ship Kit in 2-5 business days.

Your Ship Kit will include Pinning Instruction Cards, safety pins, shipping materials, and a prepaid return shipping label.

When you receive your Ship Kit, use the included Pinning Instruction Cards and safety pins to pin your clothes for the alterations you ordered.

Concerned about pinning your clothes yourself? Don’t worry—we wouldn’t ask you to if we weren’t confident you could handle it.

After pinning your clothes, put them in the provided mailer and use the prepaid label to send them to us.

Once we receive your clothes, we’ll work quickly to transform them. Your newly altered items should be back in your hands within 3 weeks.
