A Ship Kit is a customized kit we send to every customer after they place an order. It includes everything you need to pin and ship your clothing for customizations.
Each Ship Kit is tailored to your order and arrives within 2 to 5 business days of your purchase.
What's inside a Ship Kit?
Each Ship Kit includes a Ship Kit Return Bag, a prepaid return shipping label, and a variable number of pinning Instruction Cards and safety pins depending on how many customizations you ordered.
A Ship Kit Return Bag is the shipping bag we provide for you to ship us your pinned clothes.
Attach the prepaid shipping label to your Ship Kit Return Bag before dropping it off at any USPS location.
Each customization you order comes with its own Instruction Card and accompanying safety pin(s) to guide you through the pinning process.
