Choose Your Alterations
On our Shop page, select the item (or items!) you'd like to alter.
When you're done picking your customizations, head to our checkout page to complete your order.

Receive Your Ship Kit
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive your Ship Kit within 2-5 business days.
Your Ship Kit will include pinning Instruction Cards, safety pins, a Ship Kit Return Bag, and a prepaid return shipping label.

Pin Your Clothes
When you receive your Ship Kit, use the Instruction Cards and safety pins included to pin your clothes.
Worried about pinning your clothes yourself? Don’t stress—we wouldn’t ask if we weren’t sure you could do it.

Ship Us Your Pinned Clothes
Once you've used all the Instruction Cards in your Ship Kit, place your pinned clothes in the Ship Kit Return Bag, seal it, and attach the prepaid return shipping label.
You can drop your Ship Kit Return Bag off at any USPS location.

We Customize Your Clothes
Once we receive your clothes, we’ll work quickly to transform them. When your customizations are complete, we’ll ship your clothes back to you.Â
